Stephen Robinson

Registered Counsellor
and Psychotherapist (BACP)

Stephen offers counselling for problems such as low mood, loss, relationship difficulties and identity or self-esteem issues. He also has expertize in providing therapy for victims of sexual violence, including childhood abuse and adult sexual violence. He has a great deal of experience in working with longer-term problems that may be linked to earlier experiences.

With extensive experience as a CBT practitioner Nicola works with individuals to tackle behavioural issues such as depression, anxiety, stress and anger issues. She also offers treatment for anxiety disorders, panic attacks and trauma.

Gillian Hughes

Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist

Gillian works with adults, children and young people who experience anxiety, depression and trauma. She is an experienced CBT therapist, leading psychological services within GP practices. Gillian has completed additional specialist training in EMDR and Mindfulness.

Michelle works with children and young people experiencing difficulties such as low mood, anxiety, phobias, family issues and exam stress. She provides bespoke counselling for school refusal and for those with learning difficulties and autism.
